1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using A+ Route ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

A+ Route grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your internal business operations. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (c) use the Software to build a competing product; (d) share your login credentials with unauthorised users; (e) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, features, and branding, is the exclusive property of A+ Route and is protected by copyright law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Data

You retain ownership of all data you import into the Software. A+ Route does not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your data complies with applicable privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A+ Route shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

7. Termination

A+ Route reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

1. Information We Collect

A+ Route collects only the information necessary to operate the Software: account information (name and PIN hash); operational data (addresses, routes, and schedules you import); and basic usage data for performance monitoring.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Software, authenticate users, store and display your routing data, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase. Route optimisation and mapping services are provided by Google Maps Platform. We do not store payment card information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Software and only as required by law.

5. Client Address Data

Property addresses and service schedules you import are your business data. A+ Route does not access, analyse, or share this data beyond what is needed to display it to your authorised users.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
